Corinne Bot - Managing Director

French-born, Corinne has a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology from Arts&Metiers in Paris.
In 1990, she moved to Sydney and started her local career in a large executive search firm.
In 1995, Corinne established Polyglot Personnel, specialising in sourcing bilingual personnel for her clients.
Early 2006, the company was officially renamed The Polyglot Group, to better reflect the range of cross-cultural and multilingual services now offered by our team.
President of the NSW chapter of the French Australian Chamber of Commerce, Corinne is also honorary president of the Board of the Lycee Condorcet, The French School of Sydney (http://www.condorcet.com.au/) and a Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur de la France (CCEF).

Charlotte Duncan - French Team Leader

Born near Paris / France, Charlotte graduated from the Sorbonne University with a Masters in English and German applied to Economics
She lived and worked in Germany and Spain. In 1993, Charlotte relocated to Kazakhstan, where she created an agency assisting foreign companies with HR and logistics issues. This was a fantastic professional and human experience.
Four years later, she moved to Sydney with her Australian husband.
She joined the Polyglot team as Senior Consultant and team leader of the French desk. Charlotte speaks French, English, German, Spanish and some Russian.

Sandra Delpeyrou - HR Specialist / Brisbane

Sandra was born and educated in France. She completed her MSc in Management, specialising in HR & Strategy, at Euromed Marseilles / France and the University of Newcastle / Australia.
She worked in the HR division of an Australian Management Consultancy firm, before joining Polyglot.
Sandra is fluent in French, English, and has a good level in Spanish. Another true Polyglot !

Adrien Monet - Translation Administrator - Sydney

Adrien holds a Master in Political Sociology from the University of Nanterre / Paris. Nobody knows what it is about, but it certainly gave him the skills necessary to keep the rest of the team on their toes...
He has lived, studied and worked in Malaysia, France, Iran, Vietnam and now Australia.
Adrien is our "green" conscience, as he is an active member of Planet Blue.
He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Kerstin Avramidis- Accountant

Born and educated in Germany, Kerstin came to Australia in 2002. Her experience is varied: she worked in the German insurance industry before obtaining her Australian accounting qualifications. She then ran her own business, as well as worked for a chartered accountant firm.
She is fluent in German and English, and speaks a little Russian.

Stephanie Gomes - Payroll & HR Specialist

Born in Paris, Stephanie graduated from IAE Toulouse with a Master's degree in HR Management.
She has practical HR experience in the banking industry, as well as in the utility industry, having worked for the French giant electricity company, EDF.
Shortly after her arrival in Australia, Stephanie completed a certificate IV in Training and Assessment, to accustom herself with "the local way of doing things" (as she says).
She is fluent in English and French, and speaks a little Portuguese.

Gerald holds an MBA from a reputed French Management school.
For the last 17 years, he has managed a number of French, Australian, and American companies in Australia, in industries ranging from commodity trading to facility management.
He has expertise in Sales & Marketing Management, in particular as it relates to export to all continents.
He was most recently Executive Director, in charge of Business Development, for a large European group in Australasia.
He is fluent in French and English: the pressure is on to refresh his knowledge of Spanish and German...
Gerald manages Polyglot Business Solutions.

Jacques Reynaud - Operations Manager

Born in France, Jacques holds a Masters Degree in Management, majoring in Strategy, Organization and Human Resources, from a reputed French Management School.
He brings to our team a working knowledge of latest HR related issues across the countries of the European community, as well as a practical experience in managing business units.
He is fluent in French and English, and speaks good German. He studied in Beijing for a number of months and intends to improve his knowledge of Mandarin. On his way to be a true Polyglot !

Catherine Faure - Senior HR Consultant

Born in France, Catherine is a true European, her parents being from France and the UK. She studied both in the UK and France, at the Sorbonne University in literature and philosophy, then graduated from Manchester Uni with a BA in Humanities, majoring in anthropology.
She lived and worked in the UK, France and Australia, and has a wide range of professional experiences.
She started her career in a translation company, worked for the British Embassy in Paris, moved to Australia where she was a member of the Bristish Olympic Association in 1999/2000.
She remained in Australia after the Sydney Olympic games, and has worked as an Executive and Marketing Assistant in various industries, before stepping into the recruitment world in 2006.
Interestingly, Polyglot was the first recruitment company she came to in Australia, and she worked directly for Corinne in 2002/2003.
She has now come back to the Polyglot team as Senior Consultant on the French desk. Catherine speaks French, English, and has a basic knowledge of German and Spanish.

Eric Ortolan - WA State Manager

French-born, Eric was educated in France, Ireland, and Australia. After completing his BA in International Business, Eric created and sold 3 companies.
With a good knowledge of innovative and high technology industries, Eric is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
Eric has practical experience of working in North African markets. He has a strong knowledge of the mining industry, and has worked on numerous international assignments, from Kyrgyzstan to Cote d'Ivoire.
After setting up the Polyglot Brisbane office in 2005, Eric has now moved to Perth to open our new permanent office in Western Australia (October 2009).

Samy Mounir - HR & Recruitment Consultant - Team Leader VIC - Melbourne

Born in France, Samy graduated from Reims Business School, with a Masters Degree in Management, and honors in International HR.
He has hands-on experience in the sporting goods retail industry, as well as the marketing of sporting events.
He has worked in France as well as in the USA (California).
Samy is fluent in French and English, and has a good command of Spanish.

Martine Hardy - Candidates Relationship Manager- Sydney

Born in France, educated in France and Australia, Martine has a wealth of experience in various industries: telecommunications, hospitality, shopping centre management, finance industry as Portfolio/Trust Administrator, rail transport, private banking as well as translations.
She studied at the University of NSW and later at the University of New England.
She has lived and worked in France, Australia, Dubai and China.
She is not only multilingual (French and English, as well as some Mandarin), but she has also accumulated a strong multicultural experience. While in Shanghai, she learned acupuncture and Mandarin (Ni Hao!), as well as taught Mahjong to various expats’ associations and volunteered as telephone counselor for Shanghai Lifeline.
Recently back to our beautiful country, Martine has joined the Polyglot team in our newly created role of Candidates Relationship Manager.

Bruno Zadeh - Business Solutions Department - Sydney

Bruno grew up in France and French Polynesia. With a diverse background, including being a top-level athlete for a number of years, he is experienced in the field of Sales & Marketing, with a specialty in international trade and cross-borders operations.
Having joined Polyglot in 2010, Bruno develops our Business Solutions and Translation activities with a focus on export markets, especially in French Polynesia, the Pacific Islands, West & North Africa and France.
Bruno speaks French and English.
