When developing a business relationship with clients in other countries, it is essential for a company to possess an understanding of the culture with which it is dealing.
Polyglot addresses this need through the provision of cross-cultural training courses, which can be taken in conjunction with language training, to allow participants to gain a well rounded view of a country's culture whilst at the same time equipping them with the language skills necessary to live there if relocation is required.
We also provide the same services for an international company's newly arrived employees, to induct them into the Australian business culture and help them adjust to life down-under by providing them with basic 'survival' skills and local cultural information.
Polyglot has a team of experienced native and multilingual cross-cultural trainers.
All of them hold academic qualifications relevant to their field of linguistic/cultural expertise as well as a diploma in teaching.
The primary aim of our cross-cultural courses is to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to create and maintain good working relationships with people from other countries, founded on a respect for their culture and customs.
